What is a token?
One token = one analysis. Each time you upload a document or describe equipment to match against the HC-GN concept library, one token is deducted from your balance.
Do tokens expire?
No. Tokens never expire. Buy a pack when you need it, use it at your own pace — whether that takes a week or a year.
What document formats are supported?
PDF, DOCX, TXT, and Markdown. You can also skip the upload entirely and describe the equipment in plain text — the tool will match based on your description alone.
What do I get for each analysis?
For each analysis you receive: the top 5 matching HC-GN Maintenance Plan IDs ranked by confidence, the full PM schedule for each match (failure modes, PM types, strategies, and intervals), equipment group, discipline, and consequence class — all displayed on screen.
Can I get a refund if an analysis fails?
Yes. If a technical error occurs on our end and the analysis doesn't complete, the token is automatically refunded to your account. If the analysis completes but you're not satisfied with the match quality, contact us and we'll review it.
Is there a free trial?
Every new account gets 2 free analysis tokens on signup. No credit card required. This lets you test the tool on real documents before purchasing.
